Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange and Return Policy - Watad


At Watad, we care about your satisfaction and strive for a smooth and convenient shopping experience. That's why we've developed a clear exchange and return policy that takes your interests into account while preserving the quality of our products.


  • Available period: You can request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order .


  • In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so that the case can be dealt with immediately.


Exchange and return terms:


  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and in its full packaging and carton.


  • Attach the original invoice with the application.


  • Custom made or special sized/tailored products are non-exchangeable or returnable.


  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are difficult to repackage for hygiene reasons, such as (bedding, pillows, sheets, towels).


  • A slight variation in color tone due to lighting or screen is not considered a defect, unless the color is completely different from what you ordered.


In case of a manufacturing defect:


  • The product is inspected by our technical team.


  • If the defect is proven: We will repair, replace, or refund the product, as per the customer’s request.


  • In case of return, the full amount will be refunded, including shipping costs.


Shipping costs:


  • If the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect or an order error, Watad will bear the full shipping costs.


  • In other cases, the customer bears the shipping fees.


Refund mechanism:


  • Payments by bank cards: The amount will be returned within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank.


  • Cash on delivery: Refund via bank transfer or purchase credit (voucher) .


  • Purchases made with discount vouchers or coupons: will be refunded as a purchase credit of the same value.
